Women between 20 and 40 years old;
They must have complaints of nonspecific low back pain for more than 1 month;
Do not practice any physical activity that favors the improvement of low back pain and / or flexibility (yoga, pilates, stretching classes);
Accept to be part of the research by signing the free and informed consent form.
Have lower back pain for less than 1 month;
Have any diagnosis of degenerative pathology in the lumbar spine/hip;
Previous previous surgeries: such as hip prosthesis, fixation of vertebrae by means of metal plates and screws;
Present sciatic nerve irradiation evaluated by Lasègue test
Present associated pathologies, such as: inflammatory processes of the bursa and tendons;
Have a congenital diseases;
Having uncontrolled hypertension and thyroid disorders;
Be pregnant;
Diagnosis of neoplastic pathology.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain improvement, assessed by the Visual Numerical Pain Scale, based on the decrease in the number on the scale in the measurements before and after the intervention;Increased flexibility, assessed by the third finger to the ground test, Stibor test, modified Schober test, Wells bench, popliteal angle test and Thomas test, based on the increase, in centimeters of linear tests and degrees of angular tests, in the measurements before and after the intervention;Improvement in functionality, assessed by the Owestry questionnaire, based on the finding of a decrease in the questionnaire's score, in the evaluations before and after the intervention
