Inclusion Criteria
All ASA I to III patients, aged > 18 yr to <75 years, undergoing ophthalmic surgery under peribulbar block.
Exclusion Criteria
i. Refusal to participate by patient
ii. Mental retardation
iv. History of bleeding disorder
v. Allergy to ropivacaine & hyluronidase

Name Time Method 1.To evaluate the effect of addition of magnesium sulphate to 0.75% ropivacaine on the time for onset of akinesia of the globe and duration of analgesia, for peribulbar anaesthesia in ophthalmic surgeries.Timepoint: from the start of injection through peribulbar route till the end of surgery (20 minutes to 2 hours) <br/ ><br>and for duration of analgesia and complications till 24 hours after injection of peribulbar block
