The above study deals with assessing the effect of agnikarma with guda in trigger finger. Evaluation is made on subjective criterias which include  Quinnell grading of trigger finger and pain(assessed by VAS scale) and objective criteria tenderness(assessed by grading)

入选标准

  • •Participants satisfying diagnostic criteria of trigger finger irrespective of age.
  • •Age group 30 to 70 years.
  • •Participants with informed consent.

排除标准

  • •Participants contraindicated for Agnikarma as per classics.
  • •Presence of wounds, infection and callosity in the area where procedure is planned.
  • •Known case of Fracture of affected hand Trigger finger involving more than one digits in one hand.

主要结局

Reducing signs and symptoms of trigger finger.

时间窗: Assessment will be done on 0th day before and after treatment and on 7th ,14th and 21st day

Improving Quinell grading in affected digit

时间窗: Assessment will be done on 0th day before and after treatment and on 7th ,14th and 21st day

次要结局

  • Reducing pain (assessed by VAS scale)and tenderness(grading) in affected digit(Assessment will be done on 0th day before and after treatment and on 7th ,14th and 21st day)
