Inclusion Criteria
14 to 18 years old inclusive
Exclusion Criteria
Undertaking at least 5 hours of exercise or sports training per week on a regular basis.
Pre-existing injuries or mental or physical condition that would preclude their ability to do the required exercise.

Name Time Method The primary outcome is change in mood and affect, using the Subjective Exercise Experiences Scale (SEES) to assess mood and the Feeling Scale and the Felt Arousal Scale to assess affect[Baseline, 25 minutes and 50 minutes from commencement of the exercise or rest regimen, for mood.
