Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients over 18 years of age.
- •2.Absence of general medical contraindications for oral surgery procedures such as jaws pathology, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension.
- •3.Mandibular molar teeth indicated for extraction.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients who were immunocompromised, with systemic disease, pregnant or lactating women.
- •2.Patients with acute or chronic infection.
- •3.Teeth with periapical cyst.
- •4.Patients allergic to tetracycline.
- •5.Poor compliance.
- •6.Mandibular molars requiring surgical extractions (either sectioning or flap releasing).
- •7. Impacted mandibular third molar.
