1. Subjects, men and women- 18 years of age until 45 years of age
2. The presence of mild to moderate acne based on investigator global assessment 3. Individuals who have remained stable on their topical or oral acne regimen for at least 4 weeks, except if the medication is a noted exclusion.
1. The presence of severe acne as noted by the investigator global assessment
2. Use of Tocopherol or any other supplements.
3. Use of any topical anti acne agents during the study duration.
4. Those with a nut allergy
5. Those who are on any oral probiotic-based supplementation prior to enrolling
6. Individuals who have been on an oral antibiotic for acne within the previous 3 months 7. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding
8. On Oral supplementation that has nuts in it
