30 normal seniors between the ages of 65 and 82, 10 in their 20s, 10 in their 30s, and 10 in their 40s
- A person who is unable to walk independently due to a visual field defect, fracture, etc
- a person with a history of central nervous system disease
- a person with musculoskeletal problems
- severe arthritis
- an orthopedic disease
- Those who limit the passive range of motion (ROM) of the lower extremities (with knee flexion > 10°, knee flexion ROM <90°, hip flexion > 25°, ankle lower flexion > 15°)
- When it is difficult to understand the performance of exercise programs due to severe cognitive decline (Korean-Mini-Mental State Examination, K-MMSE1010)
- A person who has difficulty participating in exercise programs due to adult diseases such as severely controlled hypertension and diabetes;
- A person who is at risk of falling while walking due to severe dizziness

- Other persons deemed inappropriate by the researcher
- A person with a height of not more than 140 cm or greater than 185 cm which is not suitable for the WHR's wearing size
