Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
- •2. Women between age18 and 70 years, with histopathologically confirmed breast carcinoma of maximum diameter equal to 2.1 cm or above in whom neoadjuvant chemotherapy is planned.
- •3.Patients with skin involvement with fixed nodal metastasis will also be included.
- •4.Patients signed written informed consent.
- •5.Patients with normal liver and renal function test and normal ECG and echocardiogram.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients unwilling to participate.
- •2. Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3. Patients with concomitant severe heart, liver or renal diseases.
- •4. Patients with type one diabetes or uncontrolled type two diabetes with complications and/or on Insulin.
- •5.Patients deemed unfit to received chemotherapy due to poor general health
