Inclusion Criteria

Study Arm

1.Adults aged 18 years and above

2.Adults capable of giving a written informed consent to participate

3.Individuals with confirmed diagnosis of one of the above, along with enough clinical information available (age of onset, method of diagnosis, phenotypic characteristics of the patient, information on rate of progression, clinical history)

4.Individuals from the general population of any ethnicity, sex and race

5.Ability to understand and the willingness to sign a written Informed Consent Form

6.Willingness to contribute 20 - 23 ml blood

Control Arm

1.Individuals with no symptoms of the disease or prior history of any of the conditions mentioned under â??study armâ??

2.Adults aged 50 years and above

3.Adults capable of giving a written informed consent to participate

Exclusion Criteria

Study and Control Group

1.Subjects with symptoms of treatable dementia like dementia due to stroke, tumor in frontotemporal region, hemorrhage in brain

2.Subjects not consenting or unable to give an informed written consent

3.Subjects who have an uncontrolled infection

4.Individuals with any acute illness or infection

5.Women who are pregnant or suspect they are pregnant and lactating mothers
