Inclusion Criteria

All selected patients were healthy and free from any systemic diseases. females. Patient with physiologic gingival melanin hyperpigmentation in esthetic region. Patient age between 18-50 years and patient willing to depigmentation

Exclusion Criteria

1. patient who takes drugs encourages gingival pigmentation.
2. Smokers.
3. Patients having compromised systemic health.
4. Pregnant and lactating patients.
5. Patients are unable to complete the follow-up visits.
6. Patient with thin gingival biotype.
7. Patients with periodontitis.

Pain, itchy and patient satisfaction Pain and itchy were reported by the patient after the surgical procedure and following each injection visit using visual analogue scale.
