Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •3)Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy with good upper limb voluntary motor control who have been advised and are undergoing Hamstring lengthening or Tendo Achilles lengthening for the first time.
- •4)Children undergoing Hamstring lengthening with Gastro-soleus spasticity of less than or equal to 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale.
- •5)Children undergoing Tendo Achilles lengthening with Hamstrings spasticity of less than or equal to 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale.
- •6)GMFCS LEVEL I and II
- •7)Subjects should be able to follow simple commands.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)GMFCS level III, IV and V.
- •2)Children who have had lower limb surgery before.
- •3)Children with ataxia or vision impairment
- •4)Children with Lower limb bony deformities.
