- •The age should be between 30-60 years
- •clinical attachment loss should be greater than 3 mm.
- •The patient should be healthy.
排除标准
- •history of periodontal treatment in last 6 months
- •presence any disease or systemic conditions that have interfered with wound healing.
- •inflammatory conditions in the oral cavity
- •use the medicines affect periodontium .
