1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis, male or female;
2. Aged 18 ~ 65 years;
3. Having voluntarily joined the subject and signing the informed consent form.
1. Cases with severe vision, hearing impairment, sensory aphasia, mental symptoms, etc. that affect functional assessment will not be selected;
2. Cognitive dysfunction or communication impairment, unable to cooperate with the completion of interventions, tests and completion of Neck Disabilitv Index(NDI) and Visual Analog Scale(VAS);
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. Those with a history of neck trauma before onset (such as spinal cord injury, cervical vertebral compression fracture, etc.);
5. Patients with severe osteoporosis, as well as patients with cervical tumors and tuberculosis;
6. Patients with previous stroke, myocardial infarction; or patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases.
