(1) Patients with CKD 1-5 stage;
(2) No gender limit, age 18-80 years old;
(3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
(1) Acute renal failure, accompanied by severe primary cardiovascular disease, liver disease, hematological disease, lung disease, tumor, or serious disease that affects its survival;
(2) Those who are known to be allergic to the test drug (including those who are not allergic to the drug but have recently used the drug), or those who are allergic to the drug, and those with allergic constitution;
(3) Those who could not cooperate with the follow-up or answer the questionnaire completely.
