Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patienter på deltagande beroendecentrum med diagnostiserat opioidberoende
  • •2\.Intagna inom kriminalvårdens häkten eller anstalter med opioidberoende med
  • •planerad frigivning/påbörjan av vårdvistelse inom rekryteringstiden
  • •3\.Kriminalvårdsklienter med minst 2 månaders kvarstående frivårdspåföljd och opioidberoende
  • •F.ö. är urvalskriterier samma för alla tre grupper:
  • •Inklusionskriterier \-äldre än 18 år
  • •opioidberoende
  • •folkbokförd i något av de deltagande länen
  • •vill uppnå total opioidfrihet
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Allvarlig psykiatrisk sjukdom, behandlingsrefraktär psykos, manodepressivitet
  • •2\. Somatisk sjukdom som inte är förenligt med naltrexonbehandling
  • •3\. Graviditet
