Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) The Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) developed by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in August 2010 conform to the diagnosis of Acute ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction;
- •(2\) The patient's acute onset was within 24 hours and the PCI was successfully performed;
- •(3\) Patients aged between 18 and 70 years with Killip grades I or II;
- •(4\) Those who volunteered to participate in the experiment were willing to cooperate with the rehabilitation therapy of Tai Chi Ball and Baduanjin Sports;
- •Those who meet the above four criteria are included in the study, and all patients have signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •in accordance with any of the following, can not participate in this project.
- •(1\) New or recurrent chest pain and uncontrolled hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure \>160 mmHg or resting diastolic blood pressure \>100 mmHg) during the past 8 years;
- •(2\) Aortic dissecting aneurysm, rheumatic heart disease, primary cardiomyopathy, Keshan disease, myocarditis, cor pulmonale, etc.
- •(3\) Pregnant or lactating women;
- •(4\) Patients with mental disorders, physical, hearing and language disorders who can not be investigated;
- •(5\) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, cardiac pacemaker, new severe arrhythmia or electrocardiogram changes, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, etc.
- •(6\) Patients with infectious or non\-infectious inflammatory diseases;
- •(7\) Patients who participated in other clinical studies for nearly three months;
- •(8\) Persons with physical dyskinesia who are unable to perform Tai Chi ball and Baduanjin exercise.
