- To evaluate the association of Ratrijagrana and its lakshanas in college students.
Study Overview
Brief Summary
In Ayurveda Trayoupastambhas are Ahara, Nidra and Brahmacharya. These are the subsidiary pillars, which support the body throughout the life span, by providing the qualities like Bala, Varna, Upachaya etc. Nidra is an important phenomenon to provide rest and relaxation to the body, mind and senses which get tired and exhausted. Sleep deprivation causes decrease in attention, decrease in working memory, decrease in long term memory, decrease in decision making, decrease in vigilance, visual tasks may affected, mind-body co-ordination may be affected. This study is mainly intended to analyze the health status of individuals those who are having Ratrijagarana due to their work pattern and life style.
Data will be collected through questionnaire made according to Ratrijagrana Lakshanas. The study does not involve any intervention.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers having night awakening more than 6 hours.
- •From a time period of not less than 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers who are not follows the inclusion criteria.
- •Volunteers who are suffering from systemic disorders.
- •The person who is addicted to alcohol or other addiction.

Primary Outcomes
To evaluate the association of Ratrijagrana and its lakshanas in college students.
