A group of COPD population walk in underwater treadmill and a group of COPD population walk in normal treadmill for 20 days alternatively . Before and after 20 session walking i will check their lung functions to find out which type of walking is good to improve lung function populations

Inclusion Criteria
COPD with GOLD 2 and 3 classification
Who are completed stage 1 pulmonary rehabilitation
Non smokers or ex smoker for at least 3 months
without exacerbation of at least 8 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
Severe cardiac illness
Uncontrolled co morbid conditions
open wounds in lower body up to chest level
