- •2)Patients presenting for elective total Knee replacement.
- •3)ASA 1-3
排除标准
- •1)Those patients having revision surgery
- •2) Patients for whom spinal anesthesia is contraindicated
- •3) History of hypersensitivity to opioid medications
- •4) Chronic pain syndrome or current regular opioid use
