Inclusion Criteria
all 20_60 years old patient candidated for general surgery; ASA class I_II.
Exclusion criteria: use NSAIDs in two weak before surgery; the history of sore throat and upper respiratory tract infections; difficult intubation; long time surgery over than 3 hours; drug reaction; addiction; psychopathic conditions and inappropriate position.
