Inclusion Criteria
- Patients who require a central venous catheter for their thoracic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- Refuse to enroll
- Infection at insertion site
- Carotid artery disease
- Anomaly of central vasculature
- Hypertrophied thyroid
- History of recent neck surgery
