This study is conducted in children born with heart diseases undergoing heart surgery. We are providing continuous positive airway pressure to these patients at the time cardiopulmonary bypass during surgery and we will be analysing its effects on postoperative pulmonary problems.

- •Children till 12 years of age undergoing congenital heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
排除标准
- •1.Known respiratory disease 2.Already receiving invasive or noninvasive mechanical ventil 3.Chestwall deformity.

时间窗: Everyday starting from postoperative day one till the day of discharge
