Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than 18 years.
- •Aneurysmal SAH originating from vessel in anterior cerebral circulation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Hemodynamically unstable patient requiring more than one inotropic infusions.
- •Aneurysmal SAH originating from vessel in posterior cerebral circulation.
- •Before scheduled intraarterial vasodilator therapy, patients having undergone decompressive craniectomy for management of cerebral swelling.
