Inclusion Criteria
Monthly condition of primary dysmenorrhea; have regular menstrual cycles; be between 18 and 30 years of age; be sedentary; agree to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Use any other form of analgesia (such as analgesic drugs, analgesic electrical resources, physical exercises, among others); use anti-inflammatories; have secondary dysmenorrhea proven by medical examinations

Name Time Method The Brief Pain Inventory will be used, consisting of questions about the pain characteristic, location, intensity and changes in the daily activities that the pain produces; before starting the therapeutic procedures and at the end of the last session. A significant decrease in pain caused by the menstrual period is expected after the application of cryotherapy
