Inclusion Criteria

Patients in the ambulance service of Stockholm City Council who fulfill the criteria for treatment of pain with opioids according to the local medical guidelines.

F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes

F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes

Exclusion Criteria

Patientes younger than 18 years of age. Patients unable to participate in measurment of pain with VAS analogue scale. Patients with injuries to face or head making nasal administration not advisable.
