- •Pulling out third molar 6 months ago

- •A history of facial trauma;
- •Disorder of inferior alveolar nerve;
- •A history of gingivoplasty;
- •Rapture of neurovascular bundle;
- •A history of split surgery BSSO;
- •Disorder of temporomandibular joint
