Inclusion Criteria
- •Desktop workers working for 6 to 8 hours a day.
- •Work Experience of at least 1 year.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Congenital Deformities
- •Spinal Stabilization and lower limb surgeries and general surgeries in last 6 months.
- •Knee ligamentous/ meniscal/bursitis/muscle tear and degenerative disorders.
- •Hip degenerative disorder/ impingement syndrome.
