入选标准
- •Pregnant women of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II
- •Gestation age of 37 weeks and above.
- •Singleton pregnancies.
排除标准
- •Pre existing significant maternal medical illness including asthma, gastric ulcers, bleeding diathesis, liver diseases, renal diseases, chronic pain syndrome.
- •Pre existing significant maternal obstetric illness including chorioamnionitis, PIH etc.
- •Patients receiving analgesics in the previous 24 hours before surgery.
- •Contraindications to Spinal Anaesthetia.
- •Drug allergy.
- •Patient refusal.
