1 Healthy populations †normal physical and normal eye examination (vital signs keep body temperature <37.8c , blood pressure < 140/90 mmHg, heart rate 60 †120 beats/minute)
2 Age above or equal to 18 years
3 Normal range intraocular pressure in sitting position
4 Refractive error range from -3.00 diopter to +3.00 diopter
1 History of systemic vascular disease, hypertension, diabetic mellitus, cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease
2 History of ocular disease that affect to visual acuity and ocular circulation
3 History of smoking,
4 Contraindications to prone position (cervical spine disease, cervical or back muscle strain, wound at chest or abdomen, history of congestive heart failure and obstructive sleep apnea)
5 Body weight greater than or equal to 100kg or BMI(body mass index) greater than or equal to 30
6 Waist circumference greater than or equal to 36 inches in male and greater than or equal to 32 inches in female
7 Corneal problems that cannot measure intraocular pressure by handheld tonometer (corneal scar, corneal edema)
8 Allergy to 1%tropicamide eyedrop
9 Pregnancy
