入选标准
- •All patients posted for elective surgeries with an expected anesthetic duration of more than 60 minutes under general anesthesia in the age group of 4-15 years of age who belong to ASA Grade I- III
排除标准
- •1.Patients with hemodynamic instability.
- •2.Children less than 3 years
- •3.Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction.
- •4.High intra-abdominal pressure >15 mm Hg
- •5.History of adverse reactions to sevoflurane, propofol and other study drugs
- •6.Neurological disorder.
- •7.Bowel resection surgery
