Inclusion Criteria
All patients posted for elective surgeries with an expected anesthetic duration of more than 60 minutes under general anesthesia in the age group of 4-15 years of age who belong to ASA Grade I- III
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with hemodynamic instability.
2.Children less than 3 years
3.Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction.
4.High intra-abdominal pressure >15 mm Hg
5.History of adverse reactions to sevoflurane, propofol and other study drugs
6.Neurological disorder.
7.Bowel resection surgery
