Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II
- •Age \>18 years
- •Single gestation
- •Parturient requiring cesarean delivery for \-fetal tachycardia 161\-180 bpm ,fetal bradycardia 100\-109 bpm, variability (bpm) \< 5 for 40â??90 minutes, decelerations Typical variable decelerations Single prolonged deceleration for up to 3 minutes and Accelerations with the absence of accelerations with otherwise normal trace
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Fetal causes\-Prematurity, any known fetal abnormality
- •Any contraindication to regional anesthesia
- •Body mass index \>45 kg/M2
- •Parturient requiring cesarean delivery with indication of immediate threat to life of women or fetus with no time for placement of spinal anesthesia.
- •Vasospastic arterial disease, previous arterial injury
- •Thrombocytosis
