入选标准
- •Children with a chronological age of 2 months to 24 months, a clinical diagnosis of bronchiolitis and their initial Wang respiratory score will be 3 or higher will be included in study
排除标准
- •1.Patients not giving consent.
- •2.Children with prior illness with wheezing will be excluded.
- •3.Children with prior use of bronchodilators.
- •4.Premature infants ( <34 weeks of gestation).
- •5.Children with congenital heart disease.
- •6.Children with chronic lung disease
- •7.Severe bronchiolitis (either wang score >9 or baseline oxygen saturation <85%)
