Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with both ischemic (ACA,MCA) and hemorrhagic type of stroke
2.In Patients referred to Stroke Rehabilitation within 7 days to 2 weeks
3.Patients able to stand with therapist support and with sitting balance
4. Mini Mental State Examination score more than 24/30
5.Co-operative and willing to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Severe Osteo arthritis
2.Deep vein thrombosis
3. Recent fracture in Lower Limb
4.Osteoporosis
5.Deformities in Lower Limb

Name Time Method ower limb motor performance will be measured by using Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity scale at baseline and after 4 weeks end of the treatment.Timepoint: 2
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Balance will be measured by using Berg balance scale at baseline & after 4 weeks end of the treatment.Timepoint: 2;Walking performance will be measured by using functional ambulation category at baseline & after 4 weeks end of the treatment.Timepoint: 2
