- •Age supérieur à 18ans
- •Sous multi-injections depuis + de 6mois
- •Echec thérapeutique
- •Besoins en insuline inférieurs à 300UI/jour
- •Autonomie et auto-surveillance
- •Fond d'oeil inférieur à 3 mois
