1.All genders in the age group of 18 to 40 years
2.Immediate post operative Anterior Cruciate Ligament reconstruction patients with hamstring graft , operated in the department of orthopaedic, Goa Medical College and Hospital
3.Willing to participate in the study
1.History of previous fractures of patella, proximal tibia fractures, injury to Medial collateral ligament, lateral collateral ligament or the posterior cruciate ligament in the concerned knee in the past 6 months
2.Participants with cognitive deficits and who cannot follow commands
3.Below 18 years of age or above 40 years of age
4.Declined to participate in the study
