Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients requiring uniocular horizontal strabismus surgical correction involving a tightening procedure on the recti.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) \[patients less than 5 years of age]
- •2\) patients/ parents not willing to give consent
- •3\) patients with incomitant strabismus
- •4\) patients with nystagmus
- •5\) Patients requiring oblique/vertical muscle surgery
- •6\)patients with vision less than 6/60
- •7\) patients with media opacity/ intra\-operative corneal epithelial defect
- •8\) patients with history of squint surgery
- •9\) patients with fundal pathology
