Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed case of PCOS as per Rotterdam criteria
PCOS cases with elevated HOMA IR value
Patients who have signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Cases with cushings syndrome
Adrenal adenoma and ovarian tumours
Pregnant and lactating mothers.
Clinical history of cancer, Cardiovascular disease and HIV.
Type 2 diabetes patient under Metformin
