Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Non specific low back pain for a period of at least 3 month.
- •Age between 18 to 50 years
- •No history of radicular pain and any neurologic sign, systemic infection, cardiovascular and balance disorders
- •Not pregnant
- •No history of metabolic, systemic, inflammatory disease, arthritis and malignancies
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of new fracture and lower limb injury
- •instability in the lumbar region
- •History of spinal surgery and severe spinal deformity or disease
