Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Non specific low back pain for a period of at least 3 month.
  • Age between 18 to 50 years
  • No history of radicular pain and any neurologic sign, systemic infection, cardiovascular and balance disorders
  • Not pregnant
  • No history of metabolic, systemic, inflammatory disease, arthritis and malignancies

Exclusion Criteria

  • history of new fracture and lower limb injury
  • instability in the lumbar region
  • History of spinal surgery and severe spinal deformity or disease
