入选标准
- •Age will range from 50 to 60 years (Torres-Duran et al., 2007).
- •- Type 2 Diabetic patients (7-10years duration) with lower extremity peripheral artery disease and has intermittent claudication and pain.
- •- Intensity of pain: by numerical analogue scale (NAS) equal to 5 or greater.
- •- Patient with Ankle brachial index <0.9.
- •- BMI rang (25 to 29).
排除标准
- •- Ankle brachial index = 9.
- •- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •- Treatment with steroids, cancer chemotherapy.
- •- Cardiac abnormalities or pacemakers.
- •- Previous surgical procedure in lower extremities.
- •- Life threatening disorders as renal failure, myocardial infarction.
- •- Musculoskeletal disorder of lower limb.
- •- Logistic problems to attend regular exercise training sessions.
