Having a history of at least one previous caesarean section.
Absence of high-risk pregnancy items (history of infertility, gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, history of abortion and stillbirth, symptoms of threatened abortion).
Absence of chronic diseases during pregnancy (blood pressure, diabetes, etc.)
Gestation age 25 to 30 weeks.
Having a singleton pregnancy.
Fear of childbirth or any phobia diagnosed by a psychiatrist
Twin or multiple pregnancy
Suffering from chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
Suffering from psychiatric diseases such as depression or suicidal thoughts
