1.Age group 18 years to 60 years.
2.Sex- Both male and female.
3.The patients who presented with the sign and symptoms of Bhagandara.
4.External opening seen on the skin surface at least 3 c.m away from the anal verge.
5.Low trans sphincteric fistula-in-ano.
6.Low inter sphincteric fistula-in-ano.
Willing to participate in study.
Anal stricture , high anal fistula , crohns disease, ulcerative collitis , malignancy , bleeding disorder , Hypertension , Diabetes mellitus , anal structures , patient with pregnancy

Name Time Method to improve the quality of life of patients with fistula in ano by decreasing hospital stays and scar mark .Timepoint: Duration of Treatment 45 days <br/ ><br>Duration of Follow up is 60 days
