Inclusion Criteria
Participants must live in the peripheral areas
Participants must be mothers of children who are currently enrolled in schools in the peripheral areas .
Participants must be willing to voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent.
Not taking drugs that affect physical and mental abilities.
Exclusion Criteria
Existence of acute medical conditions or physical limitations that prevent mothers from participating in empowerment activities.
The existence of psychological conditions that prevent them from participating in empowerment activities.
