Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. PATIENTS UNDERGOING LAPAROSCOPIC INGUINAL HERNIA REPAIR UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA
  • •2\. ASA I \& II
  • •3\. AGE BETWEEN 18 AND 65 YEARS

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. PATIENTS REFUSAL
  • •2\. PREGNANT PATIENTS AND LACTATING MOTHERS
  • •3\. AGE UNDER 18 AND OVER 65 YEARS
  • •4\. HISTORY OF ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETIC AGENTS USED IN THIS STUDY
  • •5\. SKIN LESIONS AT NEEDLE INSERTION SITE
  • •6\. BLEEDING DISORDERS, LIVER DISEASE, SEPSIS
  • •7\. PSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS
