Inclusion Criteria
Patient fulfilling DSM-V criteria for insomnia.
Patient fit for NASYA procedure.
Patient not hypersensitive to any benzodiazepine.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient having chronic illness(diabetes mellitus,hypertension etc.).
Patient having any severe psychiatric disorder( schizophrenia,OCD).
Patient having allergy with oil application specially through nasal route.

Name Time Method To assess the effect of nasya karma, subjectively and objectively the following classical criteria will be taken.Only objective parameters will be employed for the assessment of the impact of treatment procedures in the respective group. <br/ ><br>Complete remission: 100% relief <br/ ><br>Markedly improvement:76-99% relief <br/ ><br>Moderately improvement: 51%-75% relief <br/ ><br>Mild Improvement: 26%-50% relief <br/ ><br>Unchanged: 25% relief <br/ ><br>Timepoint: To assess the effect of nasya karma, subjectively and objectively the following classical criteria will be taken.Only objective parameters will be employed for the assessment of the impact of treatment procedures in the respective group. <br/ ><br>Complete remission: 100% relief <br/ ><br>Markedly improvement:76-99% relief <br/ ><br>Moderately improvement: 51%-75% relief <br/ ><br>Mild Improvement: 26%-50% relief <br/ ><br>Unchanged: 25% relief <br/ ><br>
