Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with temporomandibular disorder; myofascial pain by the Research Diagnostic Criteria (RDC)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnancy; clinical conditions of muscle spasm; myositis; contracture; polyarthritis; acute traumatic injuries; disc displacement without reduction; total or partial edentulous patients that include the anterior region; treatment with another health professional
