Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patient who present with the symptoms like protrusion of pile mass and bleeding. Internal piles 2nd and 3rd grade(early).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age below 18 year and above 60 year.
- •lactating mother.
- •Post operative incontinence of stool.
- •1st and 4th grade of piles.
- •?Patient with malignancy.
- •?Ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease ,
- •tuberculosis.
- •HIV and HBsAg infection.
- •Uncontrolled DM, HTN.
- •Anticoagulant or bleeding disorder.
- •Anorectal sepsis
