Typical Clinical features of avabahuk-
stiffness,
pain,
restricted movement of arm,
progressive loss of passive movement(PROM) and active range of movement(AROM)
Exclusion Criteria
known case of:
Seropositive,
Shoulder joint dislocation,
Fracture,
Rotatory cuff injury,
Pregnancy

Name Time Method To compare the combined effect of Viddha karma plus Agnikarma with only Agnikarma by Panchadhatu Shalaka in 3 settings with gap of 7 days in the management of pain and stiffness in avabahuk on the basis of visual analogue scale and goniometer measurements.Timepoint: Difference in pain and stiffness will be obseved on 0,7,14 days
