Inclusion Criteria
- •45\-65 years of age
- •Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes 0 to 5 years ago
- •BMI 30\-35 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Poorly controlled metabolic regulation (HbA1c \> 9%)
- •Anti\-diabetic treatment with insulin
- •Serious diabetic or other complications (heart failure, renal and/or kidney malfunction)
