1. Age between 20 yrs. to 60 yrs.
2. Chronicity: 1yr to 5 years.
3. Gender: Both
4. Socio- economic status: All
5. presence of minimum three clinical features of amavata (Jwara, Angamarda, Gaurava) vis a vis RA (both seropositive and seronegative)
1. Chronicity of more than 5 yrs.
2. Severely deformed joints.
3.Pulmonary tuberculosis, Having past history of cardiac disease, Any other systemic disorder, pregnant women.
4. Patients unfit for Snehapana,
swedana, Virechana , Basti.
