Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai citizens who are 18 years of age and above
2. Spastic or involutional entropion with meibomian gland dysfuction
3. Require entropion eyelid surgical repair

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of eyelid surgery
2. Appointment of eyelid surgery is within the next 6 months
3. Chronic inflammatory eye diseases that are poor controlled, such as Thyroid eye disease or Steven Johnson syndrome
4. Allergic to fluorescein
5. The patient is unable to follow up as per protocol
6. The patient is unable to communicate the ocular symptoms
7. The patient denys further treatment
